My journey began in Ukraine, where I learned that real estate is not only walls and numbers; it is energy, transformation, and purpose.
For more than a decade, I worked with government and municipal property, real estate, law, finance, and public administration. Work with government and municipal property auctions taught me to see possibility in abandoned buildings and forgotten land — and to recognize what the right structure, people, and plan can awaken.
I came to understand that large developments can become living ecosystems of human connection and growth. Space can be understood as a resonance between vision and matter, human will and a larger order.
Moving to America continued that mission: turning chaos into structure, doubt into confidence, and decay into renewal. I founded BazaNova in Chicago in 2024 to help owners and investors create functional, attractive, valuable, and welcoming spaces.
To me, real estate is alchemy: the art of turning forgotten structures into new beginnings. Every abandoned room, damaged wall, and neglected building holds the possibility of transformation.
